This Quiz is also subject to the following terms and conditions. You should make sure you read the terms and conditions below and on the link above because your participation constitutes your acceptance of such terms and conditions.
1. How it works. The Racers Quiz runs from 12pm 10th April 2008 until Midnight Monday 12th May 2008. 1.1. The Quiz is run and managed by Reading Racers 1.2. To enter the QUIZ, participants have to send a text to 63333 with the keyword RACERS (space) QUIZ followed by a space followed the entry. In this case a letter, ie C (Ex. RACERS QUIZ C). 1.3. You can send in an entry for the quiz at any time during the quiz period. Any entries received before or after this time will not be included in the competition 1.4. All winning entries will be entered into a prize draw at the end of the quiz and one winner selected, who will then be notified. 1.5. If the winner is un-contactable or does not respond within two phone calls, another winning entry will be randomly picked 1.6. All valid entries must be accepted by the quiz operating platform in order to qualify as a ‘valid entry' 1.7. You may only enter if you are 16 years or over. Any winners or contestants who cannot or do not, if requested, provide proof of age will be disqualified
2. Payment 2.1. All entry Texts are charged at 50 pence (plus your standard network charge). 2.2. The total cost of your text may vary depending on the particular network used by you. Charges for entering the Quiz will be added to the contestant's available text charges if they are a pre-pay customer or will appear on the monthly statement if they are a pay monthly customer.
3. Prizes and General 3.1. The prize for the Quiz consists of an VIP Racers night for four people including watching three races from the centre green and going on the parade truck with the team 3.2. The Winner will be announced on www.readingspeedway.com on the 13th May. 3.3. An alternative prize of similar value can be offered should the prize mentioned in 3.1 not be available, the substitute prize to be chosen at our discretion 3.4. In all matters our decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into 3.5. The winner will be contacted by the phone number that the winning text was sent from 3.6. You may only enter this competition as an individual; entries that, in our absolute discretion, have been made via participation in a syndicate will be disqualified 3.7. Any entries made, in our absolute discretion, via any form of machine assisted intervention enabling multiple entries will be disqualified 3.8. Multiple entries getting the right answer will still only be entered into the draw once per mobile phone 3.9. Refund will not be made if entries are disqualified under clauses 3.6 and 3.7 3.10. Entrants may submit more than one entry; notwithstanding each entry will be subject to clause 3.8 3.11. We reserve the right to withdraw any prize not claimed within 14 days following the winner being notified 3.12. The Quiz is to be advertised on the Racers' web site, and via leaflets at home meetings and in the programme. 3.13. By sending in a mobile entry to any Reading Racers mobile games you are agreeing to receive ‘free' alerts for future games and promotions from the Reading Racers and their partners. 3.14.
